      decent pay for out of college

      horrible hours, treated like a slave, forced to work weekends, harassed by tenured employees that would have made work even more difficult if reported, expected to work 55+ hours while getting paid salary (40).

      Good training Good exposure A different outlook Support when you shout Great head office Great referral scheme Approachable management and staff Friendly people

      Poor salaries - not in line with market rates Those outside of head office are forgotten HR is poor - either nothing or very little communication at all Lots of change - communication is great but no confidence Long long hours - no thanks, no reward

      They try to make it a good atmosphere They're upfront about their policies so you're not going to be surprised

      Cons

      They can make you move A LOT, to follow projects. For settled people it might just be that they fly you back every weekend but you're still not going to be in your own bed for a lot of your career There can be seriously painful amounts of downtime if projects don't line up so the boredom can be nigh unbearable at times Pay is not amazing
