      Don’t keep up with market value in salary for longer term employees, a lot of good employees left because they could get 20-40% more in salary elsewhere

      Team is incredibly kind and willing to help answer questions. Lots of on-site training to prepare for the rest of my career. Lots of company growth and willingness to accommodate for families.
