      Team is incredibly kind and willing to help answer questions. Lots of on-site training to prepare for the rest of my career. Lots of company growth and willingness to accommodate for families.

      They have a lot of work to do

      Cons

      Absent culture, management system, and very behind IT program. Everyone is only out for themselves. Massive issue when corporate meets construction, managers don’t understand scopes, staffing plans, decent business practice, etc.
