      Pros

      The people are knowledgeable, respectful and very friendly. Working with good coworkers is always a great positive aspect of any company

      Cons

      The only cons of working at Skanska are the inability to move up quickly and lack of promotions based on merit. The promotion process should be based on work ethic and merit and not on years of service

      Pros

      Love it. People are very intelligent and love what they do. Construction industry at its finest. Safety is of utmost importance. Quality company!

      Cons

      Red tape due to being such a large company. Overall do a good job of making you feel important even though there are so many people in the company.
