Pros
The company has many large and interesting construction projects.
Cons
The current IT shared service department is hardly able to stay up to speed with the business, has very little work which is valued by the business partners, and has no real strategy or direction of how to improve. There are huge holes in management and leadership skills across all functions which just perpetuates the problems. Low staff engagement and moral comes from low professional career plan opportunities, lack of purpose, and not having confidence in leadership.
