      Pros

      Great people. Worked on a joint venture and couldn't tell who worked for which company unless they wore a company shirt. the office did a great job of uniting three companies into one team.

      Cons

      The JV was losing money on this particular project. Either way, no complaints about the work, the work load, or the management.

      Pros

      Skanska is about doing business right. It is a company with integrity and a strong positive culture built upon their core values. They have an excellent executive management team and promote leadership throughout every level of the organization. They offered great benefits and competitive wages.

      Cons

      I honestly can not think of anything negative to say about my time with Skanska. I left because I had to move out of the state and they did not have a office in the are where I was relocating. I would still work for them today if given the opportunity.
