      decent salary and benefit package great pension provision some great colleagues good values which they stand behind

      Cons

      some/many of the employees are builders (blue collar) etc so not the most honest of people all the time (not the company's fault).

      worked with some good people that taught me so much.

      I worked for over 6 years at Skanska and struggled so much becuase of the fact that I had an accent! I've seen favoritism, racism, harassment and bullying within Skanska employees. very toxic culture...
