      Pros

      decent salary and benefit package great pension provision some great colleagues good values which they stand behind

      Cons

      some/many of the employees are builders (blue collar) etc so not the most honest of people all the time (not the company's fault).

      Pros: - Good name recognition on a resume - Strong early-career learning opportunities - Tuition and relocation support can be valuable

      Cons: - High turnover - Inconsistent leadership quality by branch/project - Limited support in distressed project environments - Poor communication around promotions and advancement - Concerns raised in good faith did not appear to be meaningfully addressed
