Pros

For a recent college graduate in Business Management and Accounting this a great company to be in. The have great trainings in Florida that complements the day to day experience, the managers really care about your training and keep teaching you new techniques that you cannot learn in the books. The management trainee is well structured. I love the fact that when they hired you they welcome you to the Sixt Family and stays that way. I have great experience with my coworkers and I feel comfortable to ask questions and advice to my superiors.

Cons

Long working hours that compensate with learning and experience.

Input is valued and requested Positive interactions with coworkers Thorough training Education is valued Management is down to earth and easy to interact with Everyone is passionate about Sixt for good reason Management invests in employees to keep them satisfied

Cons

Application process was repetitive Lack of communication during on-boarding process Was not aware of the company sooner

Pros

The diversity, working close to Phx Sky Harbor International Airport, I have encountered an amazing amount of business along leisure travelers, from all around the world. Yes, we may encounter some "grumpy" travelers (in the "cons" section), but when we help ease their frustrations with the many options of vehicles we have, and how we can do our best to make any accomodations for their troubles.

Cons

Depending on the demand of car classes, we have ran short for certain reservations, in which we tried our best to offer the best solutions under whichever circumstances, and of course, it may be hard to please all irrate renters, but we do our best with whatever solutions we can offer.
