Our management trainees attend an extensive training program in order to be prepared to supervise employees. We also allow employees to review managers on the ESI every quarter to share feedback, letting us know if a manager needs additional training or education. Because we are a start-up in the US, there is a lot of work to accomplish, which is why we continue to hire so many new employees to spread the workload around and provide opportunities for many individuals.
