I absolutely love the team I get to work with, and the opportunity to collaborate on a daily basis when coming up with new ideas and plans. I feel very empowered in my role, despite being so new to the team. I enjoy getting to share my passion for SIXT with all candidates and am looking forward to many more opportunities to do so in the future! :)

Cons

It can be nerve-wracking to some working in a start-up environment, as the brand is not as recognized as others. (There is great support from management in regards to consistently improving this)

You sit on your butt all day

Cons

Bad pay, you have to work your butt off to even make commission. They really don't care about your life outside of work. And your co workers don't even show up for shifts most of the time or ask you to cover and they then pay you to clock them in and out under the table for cash....

We agree, if employees are missing shifts and showing no motivation we need to take the proper steps to insure that this behavior does not continue. We enforce this at all of our locations and have zero tolerance for dishonesty or tardiness.
