Pros

Free coffee, every month is a luncheon or outing. Everyone has their own desk. Corporate located near the beach.

Cons

Turnback manager is a micro manager, even wants to be notified when you take breaks or even leaving to go home. Temps are treated as such,no invites to company outings etc.

We appreciate your review. We are happy to hear that you benefited from a few of the perks working at Sixt headquarters! We value your feedback and have further investigated your concerns. We are focused on the happiness and work life balance for all of our employees and have addressed the issues that you have listed. Rest assured that we do not promote a strict environment or exclusions and will continue to monitor this behavior closely. Temporary Employees are a part of the Sixt family and are included in all company events and have access to daily perks as you listed above. It is out goal to find a permanent home for all performing temporary employees. Many of our teams are growing so fast at headquarters that we often have new positions opening frequently.

We appreciate your feedback and a Management Trainee with us. We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the fun environment across your rotations and benefited from the rental discounts! As a MT you are expected to work 49.5 hours per week, ans it can definitely be hectic. We are preparing you to essentially run your own business so there is a lot of hard work and dedication that goes into your first year of training. But the reward is worth it in the end and your hard work will pay off! In the rental car business it is not always a seamless process. There will be challenges regarding fleet, but strive to plan in advance and provide solutions.
