Willingness from co workers with assist . Relaxing work environment.Company activities.

Cons

The systems are very manual which I think is very counter productive. As the company grows, there should be more efficient programs to not only make our job easier, but would help eliminate mistakes and help make a smoother process for our customers.

From the moment I came in for my first interview I could tell that Sixt would be an enjoyable company to work for, and experience up until now has proven that right. The training provided for my position has absolutely set me up for success and already began the process of building relationships at my branch.

Cons

overly bureaucratic at times, simple tasks are often made to take just slightly longer due to jumping through hoops.
