      - You can relax if you have no career ambitions - Benefits like car leasing at half price

      Cons

      - Frequent re-organisation - Chances are after 4-5 years, you do the same thing you are doing now - Lot of work with strict timelines. Work-life balance is tough - No appreciation for non-executive employees

      Pros

      Family owned and it feels like it. Having been in the industry for quite some time with a variety of companies I can unequivocally say that Sixt is like a breath fresh air, where the value is put on the employee more so than anything else.

      Cons

      No real negatives to speak of.
