Toxic gaslighting management

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

There are none for sure

Cons

Toxic, gaslighting lying management who threaten, use fear and intimidation to get results and keep you under pressure. They yell, scream and humiliate you in public and micromanage except in 'training' which is woeful and lacking in substance. They 'show' you once and expect you to get it first time and then recommend that you 'taie it home' to learn. Two people giving you different answers to the same question without clarity...poor communication apart from threats. They treat customers as a way to con them for upsells and if you don't upsell you get fired.
