9yThank you for reviewing Sixt. We realize that new locations do experience some growing pains so we appreciate your patience. We agree, if employees are missing shifts and showing no motivation we need to take the proper steps to insure that this behavior does not continue. We enforce this at all of our locations and have zero tolerance for dishonesty or tardiness.

9yWe are happy to hear that you are enjoying your time at Sixt and appreciate the pay and time off structure that we offer. As you mentioned the downtown locations are not as busy as the airports, however, you have the opportunity to spend more time with your customers and that can result in higher commission.
