A company that cares for their employees's well being first Actually provides a good life and work balance
Cons
While the company is currently growing in numbers, the rate of the projects grows more faster. While having a lot of projects is good, I still think the amount of projects is currently too high compared to the amount of employees. In my department, I believe the ratio of the project amount to the employee is high but still manageable. I still hope we don't a ratio high enough that a lot of people are overwhelmed by their workload
