      Really fun startup

      Pros

      Its a really fun team to work with and cool environment. I like how open the management is and willing to listen to our ideas. I learned a lot while working here.

      Cons

      There are some real growth pains that they are going through. There are a lot of things that are not yet formalized and this can be frustrating as a developer, although it has gotten a lot better recently (especially with their scope process).

      Pros

      Great leadership in motivating. Like Steve Jobs, management can be mesmerizing with a reality distortion field. If you like fluff this is the place!

      Cons

      Disorganized and under paid is a very common theme if you are not a manager role. Company has too many leaders and under pay the developers.
