      Used to be a good team but many have left because of management

      Cons

      Since Simplus acquisition the plan all along was to sell out, and have now done to Infosys. The management showed just how hypocritical they are by preaching how much they cared about people and culture, but were willing to sell out to an Indian offshore company. The company is very political, management do whatever is necessary to keep power with one or two. Arrogant leadership, better places to work.

      Company Outlook is really poor No Direction from Management Comapny is trying to get as much as salesforce certifications by philipines based fresh graduates some senior people with baggage of untrained poor fresh graduate developers i am tired of working with them no output of work from the developers and customer is really unhappy and escalating issue to senior management. the billing rate is very high compare to the resources quality $90/hr for offshore untrained junior developer Senior people focus on business generation but no maturity in the company very high politics environment

      Pros

      Good place to work if you are in a management position or you are early career. Much more difficult to make an impact in the middle.

      Cons

      Large communication divide between employee management and PM's. This is impacting the work and adding confusion to projects and career growth.
