Layoffs are rampant

Pros

15 days of PTO if under 3 years of service Work Life balance is good if you are on a simplus project but not if you are on a infosys project.

Cons

Employees are currently being laid off with 2 weeks base pay and one additional week for each year of service. All of the good people from a 2 years ago are gone. Now is not the time to join Simplus No ways to move in the career ladder as the plan just seems to be to lay people off until we are all gone Have not gotten a raise in 2 years

Pros

Independence, possible to shine if you have bare minimum consulting skills

Cons

No consulting maturity around process, documentation, or management. Very low quality work is delivered to clients due to a lack of expertise, very high turnover, and poor collaboration with the largest part of the workforce, which is offshore. Executives and middle management are mediocre, but loyal, so that means we're stuck with the same lack of vision. To top it all off, we've been sold out to Infosys, and it's clear no one is happy about that other than the investors. No real diversity unless you count the offshore resources in the Philippines.

Pros

Unfortunately, I cannot say anything positive about my experience at Simplus Australia.

Cons

Lost business leaders, constant pressure and extremely political. The corporate culture is truly toxic - not respectful or collaborative management, rather team leaders will 'throw you under the bus' at any opportunity to make themselves look better. Bullying and harassment is common place and Management (who got rid of the only HR staff) don't care to do anything about it to fix the problem. No integrity or basic ethics. Only care about making themselves look good and continuous rubbish put on LinkedIn about how great the company is.
