Pros

Great opportunity with the Infosys acquisition if they can get it right. So far looks good and Infosys have removed much of the management overhead.

Cons

Job titles such as "Managing Director" in a team of only about 60 people (and shrinking) needs to change to "Salesforce Practice Lead" to make more consistent with other Infosys practices. However too many power struggles with remaining management that had no real growth for sometime. Needs a new practice lead to take growth forward.

Pros

There isn't any that can be written about.

Cons

What used to be a friendly and open team now suffers from politics and blame, caused by a overinflated leadership that self serve their own interests. Job titles are used without any empowerment as everything is kept under tight control and centrally managed. The team have been sold out twice and now slowly assimilate into Infosys. Blatent favourtism especially between 2 of the leadership team. No wonder so many people have left.

Pros

First and foremost, the people are fantastic, from the CEO on down. It is refreshing to be in a work environment with so many warm, inviting, team-oriented people who know so much about Salesforce, specifically Salesforce CPQ. To that point, you will not find a Salesforce partner with as much Salesforce CPQ expertise as Simplus. If you are interested in learning everything there is to know about Salesforce CPQ, Simplus is the place to be. At the rate that Simplus is growing, there is a lot of promotion potential as well. I have seen several promotions in the first month alone and expect to see more in the future. As a single person, the health insurance plan is pretty great. I don't pay a dime for health insurance, even for our best plan.

Cons

I'm nitpicking here, but our 401k plan is the only slight downside for me right now. Because our 401k plan is so new, the fees are a bit on the high side. But we get a good match, which is pretty nice. Over time, the fees will drop as contributions to the fund increase. In the long run, I'm not worried. Health insurance seems to be fairly pricey for families. That seems to be the nature of the beast these days.
