It’s so strange nowadays. We are trying to hard to hold on to the culture that was Simplus at one time and Infosys culture doesn’t allow it. Simplus, once made everything simple. Now it seems like working with Infosys the goal is to make everything more difficult.

No clear vision. Massive turnover. Infosys is ruining whatever little culture we have left. Unrealistic project deadlines that keep changing at the last minute. No word on bonuses or promotions for the second half of last fiscal year. We have been waiting for months with no updates. Plenty of good employees were let go without any warning or reason. This used to be one of the best places to work and now I actively dread going to work. Groceries and the cost of living in general have absolutely skyrocketed in the past year but I have nothing to show for it considering we have no clue if any compensation changes are coming. Management plays nice but is two faced, and even though this is a remote first company you will be looked down upon if you choose not to travel.
