      Unfortunately Duplicitous and Immature

      Pros

      The team is full of amazing talent and character. Growth is aggressive. Truly nice and caring individuals on the lower rungs.

      Cons

      Organization and communication are out of touch; There are way too many closed door meetings that amount to massive overhauls whose effects ripple without the team being given reasons. While culture is touted, it is not lived by most management. Honesty and integrity are just words here. The lack of clear communication, and the reasons given for withholding said information proves a lack of trust in their team, and weekly firings have left everyone on edge.

      I'm really sorry you feel this way. Letting you go was incredibly hard and something I wish had gone much better. With that being said, I will constantly seek to improve our transparency and help employees understand why and when we have to make tough decisions. Thank you again for your feedback

      Pros

      They have a small break room and sometimes they have cereal, candy bars and soda

      Cons

      There is no job security at this place. Just because they are a start up they feel they can screw with people's life by hiring them and letting them go the next month. They want to sell you the idea they are building a company for everyone but the truth is you are just one more employee who will get fired if you are no longer needed. People in Management have "VP" titles with a team of less than 10. Don't expect to get any support on the technical aspect from your boss because you most likely won't have someone who is technical enough to teach you anything.

      Fantastic Company with Lots of Moving Parts

      Pros

      I came from a very stable and well established company to work for Simplus; and let me tell you, if you can't handle rapid growth and change then you're in for a wake up call. The only constant is change...That being said, however, if you hunger for an environment that's constantly growing, then this is the place for you! There's a ton of opportunity to make large scale, positive changes to the company and your voice will not only be heard, but your opinions can turn into actions!

      Cons

      Very little negative can be said right now, things are going great as we move into the holiday season and as long as we collectively stay the course then things will prove to be a success.
