      The Best Company I Have Ever Worked For!

      Pros

      This company is great to be a part of! You are not a number in a seat, you are huge part of the team and building the company! I have been working here for about 8 months and have grown my skill set and moved up in the company. Best placed I have worked for in a long time!

      Cons

      The only thing negative about this company is that it is growing fast! So there are a new people coming in every week!

      Pros

      Fast paced, growing company with a great culture and energy. There is a plan in place to drive Simplus into the future and grow with our industry. We are set up to succeed individually and collectively.

      Cons

      There are no downsides to being at Simplus. If you have the drive to be a part of growing something this is a great place to be.

      Pros

      Simplus is very flexible (unlimited PTO, etc), and values trust. You are given the creative ability to truly get stuff done. Lots of growth opportunities. The companies values of Accountability, Critical Thinking, and being Underdogs is memorable and pushes the entire organization to maintain a scrappy mentality through the current time of extreme growth.

      Cons

      Office space is a little dated, but will be updated soon. Breakroom could be stocked a little more frequently.
