Pros

Some of the smartest people you will find Extremely fast to get help and answers Great Salary and Variable Comp Good Onboarding Extremely Positive Culture Lots of opportunities for growth and for incremental achievement (gift cards for accomplishing certain tasks etc, keeps it fun) Amazing at recognition CEO seems positive, friendly and truly excited to go to work No grumblers, no "not my job" people Unlimited PTO You want to do something out of the box and are willing to justify it? You can do it.

Cons

Kinda Nitpicky on Expenses Health care for a family is ridiculous but they make up for it by paying well If you want someone to hand hold you this isn't the place If you think you can hide in a corner this is also not the place, everybody produces Still working out kinks in the quotation and SOW process (in a good way, but there is progress to be made) Not all processes are well defined (some not at all) Company is growing larger and overhead and rates are growing with it on SOW's. All pretty typical growing company stuff

They treat developers poorly

Pros

They have snacks. The Dev manager was awesome but he quite. The hours were ok It was in a good location.

Cons

They treated the developers poorly. The project managers and the CTO were rude to the developers when there were bugs in the code. They should know working that when developers write software that there are going to be bugs every know and again. They didn't have QA testers.

Pros

Rapidly growing and evolving, fast-paced, challenging implementations, excellent collaboration and relationships with colleagues, everyone makes time to help. New ideas welcomed by management, can be brutally honest with no repercussions. Perfect culture for those who want to be constantly challenged. Hard work consistently recognized through the organization.

Cons

Rapid growth means putting in extra hours and doing what it takes to deliver to the customers -- which makes work/life balance difficult at times.
