City/International work, regional setting. A collegiate and open-plan office with genuinely nice people I would happily spend the rest of my career working alongside. Sense that Bristol is on an upward trajectory.

Cons

"One firm in the UK" approach is very London-centric and issues arising from this are apparent in various ways in the working relationship between Bristol and London.
