Pros

Facilities were nice, people were nice. Friendly atmosphere between the two groups (IP and General Corporate). Located in (what was) Beijing's tallest tower. Very collaborative group.

Cons

Lifestyle is boss-dependent. Workhours are long. Being in a commercial building, often there were interruptions to work hours. Beijing smog.

Central Paris, well served by public transportation. Good working relationships among support staff. Relaxation lounge. Good supplemental health insurance. €9.60 meal tickets.

Cons

Work in open space. Low bonus if ever. RTT removed in case of sick day. No annual training plan. No incentive for positive engagements. No employee representatives. etc.
