      Respectable firm with some big clients. Diversity is important to the firm.

      Cons

      Complex management structure and very hard to advance. Not as female-friendly as it should be.

      Pros

      Interesting work. The business buys into the M&BD function and actively supports campaigns. Competitive pay and benefits. People are friendly and management treats you like an adult (not always the case in law firms). Great on-site restaurant.

      Toilets need a refurb.
