Really friendly working atmosphere - fee earners, business support teams are generally nice. Partners are quite easy to work with. Nice office with a big sea-view pantry and whole floor of own areas

Cons

HK finance team is poorly managed and high turnover rate due to lack of intelligent leadership. Leading officers in HK finance team are conservative, backward and with micro-managing style. Hence, no room for development and growth as nothing could be learnt from them.
