      pros - interesting products and branches focused on future challenges (lack of energy and water, advanced IT technologies, megatrends etc.), big company with many interesting working opportinuties, lot of international interaction, fair to employees, on manager positions well paid

      Cons

      cons - too big -> slow moving, "socialistic", lack of top management commitment and decision power in reagard to push through and implement new processes/methods/approaches

      Organization structure. Benefits. Co-workers. Environment. If the position is located in the headquarters in Caracas, you'll probably get a lot of contact with senior management. They are very open and like to get to know every individual in the organization.

      Cons

      Salaries are a bit low. Some decisions take long time. Some of the new compliance related policies make things a lot harder.
