pros - interesting products and branches focused on future challenges (lack of energy and water, advanced IT technologies, megatrends etc.), big company with many interesting working opportinuties, lot of international interaction, fair to employees, on manager positions well paid

cons - too big -> slow moving, "socialistic", lack of top management commitment and decision power in reagard to push through and implement new processes/methods/approaches
