Decision-making can be slow due to hierarchical layers and corporate processes, which may delay execution. Some roles, particularly project-based or operational ones, may face high workload during peak periods. Career progression can feel gradual rather than fast-paced, especially without proactive effort. The environment may also feel less dynamic or innovative compared to startups or fast-growing tech companies.

The pay increases were not great and did not match inflation

Lack of company direction, bogged down by processes

During my last role, performance review is based on being friends with management not on the results of actions completed and support provided to clean up all the mess left by people they have promoted. Demands are high, results are high, but efforts are unrecognized.

Grad Program is 3 years which is too long and will take ages to move up ranks.
