Slow moving and beauracratic Has its own world

Inefficient management staff Overpopulated, Ideally should be reduced to 50% strength. Anyway 50% are just holding positions. only words, no actions

getting new roles tough, sometimes we have to repetitive works on regular basis

Doing anything takes so long because it is a big company. I left because I got redundated.

- Alot of cost cutting activity & reorganisation - Job security can be a concern

nothing wrong all okey all the best

Overworked, lack of transparency, soooooo bureaucratic (what can be done in a week) is done in months of endless meetings with fancy names and tones of confusing acronyms. So many layers of redundant management and made-up positions. Expect at lesat 1 to 2 re-orgs every year; pray to not lose your job

Promotions hard to find now a days with layoffs.
