Pros

The best aspect of Shell is that they people are nice to work with and that there are some people that care. Up until recently it was a diverse and very welcoming company.

Cons

Shell has become very competitive and one continues to get more and more work. Management also has a hard time making decisions which delays things from getting done.

Pros

None there were no pros. Company needs to create a better working atmosphere for employees. Management needs to treat people as though they are valued as opposed to being disposable.

Cons

Unsafe work environment because of unhappy employees. Employees are sneaking around hiding from their supervisors fearing for their jobs. This is not a healthy environment to work in.
