Even if your a high performer, Shell makes job and HR decisions based on business decisions and not necessarily talent. So you just need to know going in that it is a great place to learn and grow and gain skills, but if your a high performer you still can and will be let go if the business or multiple re-organizations call for it. There business strategy and portfolio strategy changes often
