Project delivery – Project delivery is worst and pathetic as some of the project managers who were hired don’t have prior project management experience in terms of planning the resources required, timelines, rating the performance of resources etc. Their behavior is unprofessional and they are just surviving by pampering their higher ups.
Work life balance – Work balance is zero as the projects are planned with very tight timelines and minimum head count. In a way, service companies are better than Shell as you will be working overtime every day and on frequent week ends.
