Middle management in pockets are not so effective, frequent re-orgs in certain places.

Pros

The company offers great benefits, a beautiful office, and solid bonuses. The team is full of kind and talented people who are genuinely enjoyable to work with.

Cons

The salary was a bit below market, and unfortunately, there wasn’t an open position in the specific role I was looking to grow into. That’s ultimately why I decided to move on. If that opportunity had existed, I would have loved to stay longer.
