Nice office, decent pay, flexible hours, and the company is growing.

Cons

Terrible management and horrible commercial central supervisor in the Waltham office. Zero leadership qualities. Lack of training and no mentoring. People who have been there for a couple years safeguard valuable knowledge to themselves and don't help others. Very clicky and unprofessional at times. You're treated as a number and not an actual person. Hard work doesn't always pay off.

RSU's but thats about it.

Cons

Seriously over driven my Micromanagement. Mangers say they value your feedback and say "they have your back" but in the end do nothing to make the environment better. Managers only focus on numbers and have thrown value out the door.

Decent snack/break room areas, skilled and talented team members, never a dull moment, always on the roll.

Cons

Specially the IT Apps - super fast & stressful work environment, Management and executives always herding teams for more projects with stringent timeliness and low resource allocations. Meaning: churn out more with low resources and short amount of time. No downtime or relief between between projects. By the time you are wrapping up a project, the next project is already in yellow or red with overtime/ mitigations in place for project recovery.
