Pros

The Santa Clara office campus is new and very nice. Excellent facilities at a convenient location. Growing, high-growth company in hiring mode.

Cons

Many employees are unhappy here but stay because they are happy with their stock compensation. Very performance driven culture. Management has a very short-term outlook on the company. Many managers have no management experience and are poor leaders.

Pros

Great vision and excellent technology that's been long overdue to meet customer expectations

Cons

Management culture doesn't foster a team environment, focusing more on self-advancement. They also practice cronyism in spite of potential hires that are best for the company

Meritocracy? Only if you came from DataDomain

Pros

Good product, once great culture and a handful of good people still at the company.

Cons

ServiceNow has become exactly what we said it would never become, just another enterprise software company that lacks innovation and doesn't care about its customers. Nice work Frank! Employees from a DataDomain career heritage are promoted regardless of performance.
