Pros

Great stock growth and products outside of ITSM are maturing but not where they need to be to fully compete.

Cons

Core Sales Reps don’t value the PLSM specialty roles. They don’t know how to sell to the business and sell on price verses value. The Sales Leadership in the field also don’t support the PLSM specialty roles. View PLSM as not adding value.

Pros

CEO and other Execs say the right things and are trying hard to build a better culture. Kitchen is full of free food and drinks if you like that sort of thing.

Cons

Culture is lost on lower levels especially in customer support. The local Support Directors are only interested in themselves and their favourites.
