Pros

The company itself is awesome!

Cons

Don't work in IT. Lower bonuses, expected to work every weekend, vacations are denied! If they don't "like" you, no opportunity to transition somewhere else, you are just fired even though it may not be a good fit and you may be valuable in another function. They will keep you in the same function, torture you, and then be told you are fired. Favoritism and hypocrisy on what managers can do versus employees.

Too much politics and immaturity

Pros

Gym Beer bash, Kitchen stack with free stuff Stocks

Cons

Politics at all level. Hiring Non-techincal managers for technical roles. Also not hiring mature people with good experience. Well, not lot of good candidate apply to Servicenow in the first place. People keep on leaving which results in a limbo for others who were working with them on projects and now in turn have to wait for new guys to fill in. No imagination in employees as compare to other Silicon valley tech companies. Management keep on buying products from vendor that no one wants and no one will use in the future. Employee suggestion are not considered and if voiced opinion strongly you will be chastised for that.

Pros

RSUs, smart peers and so-so snacks. The industry has a great future. CEO is sharp and delivers for sure. Hiring bonuses, and the company will throw the usual Silicon Valley perks in for income- no cost controls are great for new folks

Cons

Entitled and incompetent middle-management from the 'good ole days.' The view is- "if I don't know, I can at least please people and pretend to be a BFF." The worst mistake I witnessed over time- strong nepotism, promotions without merit is REAL middle-managers operate n the kind of fear that doesn't drive better work- they don't understand the CEO's 'positive fear' keeps us vigilant idea.
