- Decent salary, benefits are also great - Nice office - Opportunity to work remotely (if allowed by org) - Good culture

Cons

- Have to work on ServiceNow platform specific things as well as their own framework and libraries. No latest tech and you cant apply these skills elsewhere. This is the biggest disadvantage of working at servicenow - Politics in upper level
