Pros

- Great team. - My manager is great. - Challenging day to day and lots of variation. - Solid products, decent AI investments. - Nice office, I work from there at least 4 days a week as it is so good.

Cons

- Pay is significantly below competitors. - Promotions are restricted based on tenure. - Unrealistic quota so low attainment, worsening the compensation even further. - Morale is destroyed due to aforementioned points. Ultimately, it is a lower end company masquerading as an equal of the likes of Salesforce, but nonetheless a good place to get experience. If you're considering working here as a Solutions Engineer, know you won't be paid well and working very hard so AEs can get big pay cheques. Approach with caution and use as a stepping stone.

Cons

unrealistic targets lack of understanding of various regions in ANZ and its potential- all operate differently Middle management has just come up ranks so lack leadership skills and fear is used to manage people. Middle managers know how to keep their jobs by managing up.
