Pros

Great brand recognition in the market

Cons

Mediocre pay for IC's especially in Commercial sales org. Way under market value. Sales leadership is disconnected from current challenges impacting revenue and win rate. More concerned with BI dashboards, selling to partners, and pushing products SN is acquiring.

Great people, but toxic environment and unrealistic expectations

Pros

Only good thing is the IC level people you get to work with and some engineering managers.

Cons

Awful place to work, unrealistic expectations for such huge workload, the finger is always pointed at you and blame when things go wrong lands on you. Plus ServiceNow shows really flashy forward-looking demos to customers when even they inside their internal environments have a big mess that would make it really difficult to get to that state, to me that was really misleading and very disappointing because it hides away all the cost it takes to move away from heavy customizations to OOB.
