Some great colleagues, was able to provide real value for my Team. I actually used the Product that they developed to do my job and based on that hands on experience was constantly trying to improve said Product for their Customers. To that end, I was enabled to Walk the Talk (rather than merely paying lip service to goals that never otherwise materialize). I can say I am walking away with actual knowledge and experience gained rather than being simply drained from all the political nonsense that otherwise goes on in every corporate environment that has reached it's peak and is heading in decline.

Very positive culture that is supportive, engaging and about the team/customer success. Fast paced decision making and autonomy allow teams to move quick and execute on strategic initiatives.
