Pros

Flexible work time and location. Supportive coworkers and management. My manager cares about us having work/life balance and has our back.

Cons

I've seen complaints about hostility and lack of work life balance, but I imagine that depends on your specific department.Staffing levels haven't kept up with growth.

Pay. Above industry Average. Flexible Work Environment. Great Product built with customers in mind. Smart People. Fast paced environment with Customer focus. Fanatical customers.

Cons

Toxic Leadership: Especially the Senior Executives on the Operations Team. Executives don't understand operations, security or data center operations. One Third of the workforce walked out every quarter. Expressing real opinions = termination. Employees focused on politics and backstabbing to survive leadership dysfunction.

Great stock. Believe in executive staff.was great company when it was small and on the beach.

Cons

Became too corporate after went public. Too much turnover. Hostile environment. Employees were not valued. Middle management was awful.
