Pros

Shares are the only positives

Cons

Extremely toxic environment. Abusive language used by upper management especially in the Customer Support Area. Intimidation tactics used by both upper and lower management to make you abide to their own rules. You are totally spared if you rub shoulder with managers, if you talk your mind you are sacked without proper reason. It is totally expeditive especially if you are deemed not appropriate to fit to the upper manager's tastes. Any team member that praises managers, will in their good books and will be safe from sacking and oppression.
