Strong company direction and business model, strong P4 leadership, some of the colleagues are great

Cons

High workload, internal politics is stronger than performance culture, some of the management lack leadership skills, lots of uncertainty, benefits could be better, career advancement, diversity and equality, conformity, unfairness
