Pros

Relaxed working environment Good benefits overall

Cons

ServiceNow has been secretly managing people out. The incompetent managers are hiding their incompetencies and inefficiencies by unfairly denying increment and bonus in the ACR. They're PASSIVELY FORCING PEOPLE OUT so ServiceNow still comes across as a humane employer. Bill and P4 have decided no layoffs but to cut costs, the incompetent managers have been asked to identify so-called low performers and either give them PIP or make the environment toxic.

Cons

Managers can totally go against company policy and you cannot complaint. There is no recognition to some teams if their manager do not participate You cannot take all leaves without cutting your salary/bonus

Executives are very inspiring and promote the right values There are lots of amazingly smart people Good compensation Good work-life balance Great design events and sVP

Cons

Design is completely marginalized and is only used to draw interfaces, contrarily to the claim that they are following design thinking Some leaders who rose from the ranks are closed minded and don’t know how to lead creatives There is no innovation: design executes orders from PMs and business units. Too much focus on how things looks like and not enough on how they work Very few opportunities to evolve in the company
