Energetic and innovative start up atmosphere. Extendable platform at core of all service offerings. Lots of opportunities to shine.

Cons

Missing work life balance. Inconsistent company direction and strategic vision. Lack of learning from past mistakes.

Pros

Definitely a team of drivers. Pretty good work life balance. Office gets pretty quiet by 5:30pm. Those with more experience and expertise may be expected to stay a little later or be on call.

Cons

Some middle management lack experience. Both a pro and a con: You are asked to take a good amount of weekend shifts in customer support, but you do get a makeup day.
